A factory assembly line. For houses.
Jeriko House is built around the same precision Bosch Rexroth aluminum extrusions that already build Mercedes assembly lines, Porsche conveyors, and BMW robotic cells — applied, for the first time at this fidelity, to luxury residential.
Industrial discipline, applied to the home.
For 40 years German factories have used Bosch Rexroth aluminum profile — the EN 12020 T-slot extrusions, milled to ±0.2 mm tolerance, bolted with click-in T-nuts — to build Mercedes assembly lines, Porsche conveyors, BMW robotic cells, and semiconductor clean rooms. The system has 1,500+ standard components and is the largest aluminum framing kit on Earth.
Jeriko House uses it as the spine of a house. If a Bosch frame can hold up a 50-ton stamping press for forty years, it can hold up a luxury home — and stay reconfigurable forever. Wrap the extrusions in a precision roof, snap factory-finished panels into the slots, plug in pre-tested electrical and plumbing harnesses, and you have a building that goes up in weeks instead of months.
This is what we mean by The Platform for Living: a house engineered like a computer, finished like furniture, and delivered like a kit.
Every component arrives factory-finished.
No on-site cutting, no specialized labor, no surprises. Every part of a Jeriko House comes off a production line somewhere in the world and snaps into the next.
The Frame
Bosch Rexroth aluminum profile
Aerospace-grade T-slot aluminum extrusions in 6063-T6 alloy, EN 12020-2 — the same 45×45, 45×90, and 90×90 Bosch Rexroth profiles used in factory automation. Anodized matte black. ±0.2 mm tolerance. 100% recyclable. Click-in mechanical fasteners, no welds, no nails. The frame is the spine of a Jeriko House and the only structural element that bears load.
Key spec: 4-foot structural spine, 9'-10" pillars from screw-pile foundation, 90×90 columns, 45×90 beams.
The Roof
Insulated aluminum roof cassette
Precision-engineered roof cassettes from a Schwerin manufacturer: insulation core, weatherproof membrane, integrated drainage, optional photovoltaic-ready substrate. Sized to drop onto the 4-foot Bosch grid as a complete unit. No on-site truss assembly, no tar paper, no drywall ceiling underneath.
Key spec: Pre-flashed, integrated gutters, hurricane- and snow-load rated, optional solar mounting rails.
The Panels
Snap-in wall & ceiling panels
Wall and ceiling panels are hand-finished in Bali — with a tongue-edge designed to snap directly into the Bosch T-slots. Bengkirai, merbau, sonokeling teak, coconut wood, woven rattan, lava stone, Bandung cream marble. All factory-finished both sides. Pop a panel out, swap it for another, repaint nothing.
Key spec: 8'×8' modular panels, sustainable Perhutani-certified hardwoods, 50-year exterior rating.
The MEP
Wieland · JUNG · Viega · Uponor
Electrical and plumbing arrive as pre-tested, color-coded, mechanically-keyed harnesses. Wieland gesis® and JUNG plug+go for power and lighting — different connector keying for kitchen, bath GFCI, lighting circuits. Viega ManaBloc PEX-A manifold for water (red hot, blue cold), Viega Prevista pre-wall bath modules. Plug, twist, pressure-test. Done in hours, not weeks.
The full parts list.
Every Jeriko House is a specification at the supplier level — no hand-waving, no "or equal." Eight named systems, one platform.

From foundation to keys: roughly five months.
Use the Modeler.
Spec the house in the Floorplan Configurator or with a Jeriko architect: spine length, room module mix, finishes. Outputs the BOM that drives every supplier.
Eight lines, parallel.
Bosch Rexroth (Stuttgart) cuts the profiles. Schwerin builds the roof. Bali finishes the panels. Wieland and JUNG color-code the electrical. Viega assembles the manifolds. All ship to the same site, on the same week.
Screw-pile foundations.
While factories run, the site team turns in helical screw piles — no slab, minimal excavation. Piles extend as 9'-10" structural pillars. Site is undisturbed; the house can be removed later.
Click together.
Crews bolt the Bosch frame, lift the Schwerin roof onto it, snap the Bali panels into the T-slots, plug the Wieland and Viega harnesses end-to-end. Pressure-test, energize, finish punch list. Move in.
The house that grows with you.
Because every panel and every extrusion is bolted, not glued, a Jeriko House isn't a fixed object — it's a configuration. Add a child, add a 2×4 module to the bedroom wing. Empty nest, drop a 4×4 social wing as a guest cottage on the same site. Move? The whole house can come apart and ship on three flatbeds.
This is what we mean by The Platform for Living: not a house frozen at the moment you bought it, but a platform you keep editing for the rest of your life on it.

The five room sizes.
Every Jeriko House layout uses combinations of these five standard module sizes, each based on a 4-foot grid. Connect them via the structural spine; expand at any time.
| Module | Grid | Dimensions | Floor Area | Typical Uses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4×4 Unit | 4 cells × 4 cells | 16' × 16' | 256 sq ft | Master bedroom, living, garage |
| 3×4 Unit | 3 cells × 4 cells | 12' × 16' | 192 sq ft | Guest bedroom, kid's bedroom, dining |
| 2×4 Unit | 2 cells × 4 cells | 8' × 16' | 128 sq ft | Kitchen, hallway, master bath |
| 2×3 Unit | 2 cells × 3 cells | 8' × 12' | 96 sq ft | Guest bath, walk-in closet, laundry |
| 2×2 Unit | 2 cells × 2 cells | 8' × 8' | 64 sq ft | Powder room, utility, mechanical |
Spine: 4 ft wide, runs the length of the house. Configurations: straight, L-shape, U-shape, T-shape. Floors can extend 4 ft beyond the structural pillars on all sides without additional support — terraces, decks, roof overhangs.
The German Fertighaus tradition, reframed.
German prefab housing dates to 1960, when Franz Huf built the first Huf Haus inside Cologne's Kaufhof department store. Streif Haus, OKAL, Bien-Zenker, SchwörerHaus, Weber-Haus all followed — overwhelmingly closed-panel timber.
Jeriko's innovation was to keep the German factory discipline and replace the timber with industrial aluminum borrowed from Bosch's automation business. The result is closer to Aman Resorts than to a Pennsylvania trailer park. Tighter tolerances than wood. Reconfigurable. Salt-air-, termite-, fire-, and earthquake-tolerant — designed for tropical and seismic export, where German timber prefab struggles.
Cultural antecedent: Huf Haus. Technical antecedent: Bosch Rexroth. American sister project: Taalman Koch's iT House (Los Angeles, 4 built by 2007 on Bosch Rexroth 90×90 and 90×180 profiles). Jeriko House is the luxury, scaled-up, U.S.-finished expression of all three lineages at once.
