A virtually indestructible grid of aluminum and stainless steel.
The Jeriko building system is not a house. It's the platform every Jeriko House is built on — adapted from industrial T-slot extrusion, engineered to outlive your great-grandchildren.
A building of the future, built today.
A Jeriko House is a virtually indestructible grid of aerospace-grade aluminum and stainless steel — so versatile it can be adapted to suit any number of situations and environments. Using patented technology developed exclusively for Jeriko House, the modular building system can be custom designed for a wide range of applications.
The framing system is engineered to U.S. earthquake and hurricane codes. The system is weatherproof, rustproof, pest-proof, and non-flammable — and because it uses click-in mechanical fasteners instead of nails or screws, it's also serviceable: drop a panel, run new cable, replace.

Designed along a 4-foot spine.
The Jeriko House is designed along a structural spine that is 4 feet wide and can take on any length and configuration. The spine can be straight, L-shaped, U-shaped, T-shaped, or any linear configuration desired. Standard room modules attach in any order.
It grows as your family grows.
The standard room modules can be connected with ease, in any desired order and layout, creating larger and more complex structures. Modules are supported by foundation poles which extend as structural pillars to a height of 9'-10" above floor level. Wall, door, and window panels are added between the structural pillars to create a flexible configuration.
Units can be extended at any time, adding terraces, rooms, and hallways to existing modules. The floor unit can be extended by 4 feet on all sides without additional vertical supports. Supported larger decks, terraces, and roof extensions are also possible.
Beyond residential.
The Jeriko system is admirable in any situation and ready for whatever life has in store. Beyond luxury homes, the platform extends to cabins, hotels, hospitality, commercial buildings, offices, and disaster-recovery housing.
