The System

Aerospace aluminum, click-in fasteners, no compromises.

Jeriko House is built on a virtually indestructible grid of aerospace-grade aluminum and stainless steel — adapted from the "T-slot" framing used in industrial automation. Hurricane-rated, earthquake-rated, weatherproof, rustproof, pest-proof, non-flammable. The system uses click-in mechanical fasteners instead of nails or screws, and arrives at site as factory-finished panels.

Every home is designed along a 4-foot-wide structural spine that can be straight, L-shaped, U-shaped, or any linear configuration. Standard room modules — 4×4, 3×4, 2×4, 2×3, 2×2 — combine in any order. Add terraces, rooms, hallways at any time. The floor unit can be extended by 4 feet on all sides without additional vertical supports.

From the Founders

"There is a better way to build, and a better way to live."

The team at Jeriko House set out to create modular housing with unsurpassable versatility, function, and design. The result: a house that is forward-thinking in its aesthetic, logical in every element of composition, and a genuine pleasure to own, maintain, and live in.

We believe nothing should keep you from owning the home you have always dreamed of — and the home you choose should be more responsible to its owner, the environment, and the future, without sacrificing design, strength, or function.

Frequently Asked

About the Jeriko prefab system.

What is the Jeriko House building system?

A modular prefab home built on an aerospace-grade aluminum framing system originally adapted from industrial T-slot extrusion. Components arrive factory-finished and click together with mechanical fasteners — no nails, no screws. Hurricane-rated, earthquake-rated, weatherproof, rustproof, pest-proof, non-flammable.

How much does a Jeriko House cost?

Pricing starts at $175 per square foot. The flagship Jude and Caleb models are 4,320 sqft each; the entry-level Luke is 2,214 sqft. The TREND premium-finish package adds globally-sourced materials including Bandung cream marble, Brazilian rosewood, and Asian craftsmanship.

How long does construction take?

A Jeriko House can be assembled in weeks rather than months — typically about 5 months including design, permits, and financing. The actual on-site assembly is a fraction of stick-built construction time.

Is it hurricane and earthquake rated?

Yes — engineered to U.S. earthquake and hurricane codes. The aerospace-grade aluminum and stainless steel frame is engineered to withstand hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, fire, and pest infestation.

Can I customize a Jeriko House?

Fully. The 4-foot-wide structural spine can be straight, L-shaped, U-shaped, or any linear configuration. Five modular room sizes (4×4, 3×4, 2×4, 2×3, 2×2 units) combine in any order. Add terraces, rooms, or hallways at any time. Walls, doors, windows, and finishes can all be reconfigured.

Where can a Jeriko House be built?

Anywhere — urban infill lots, oceanfront sites, the edge of wilderness. The framing system is rust-proof and pest-proof, and the modular components ship to site for rapid assembly. Jeriko House serves the United States and Canada.

Build the home you've always dreamed of.

Starting at $175 per square foot. Houses can be created for the needs of virtually anyone and any environment — and they grow as your family grows.
